Our thoughts rarely bring about happiness and excitement because we are so busy worrying! Our thoughts are very efficient which enable it to create the rest of our day for people. This is why the expressions, "If you awaken feeling good you will have good day!" and "If you wake up feeling bad you'll have a bad day!" are really true.

Recently I happy to carry on a much-needed vacation with my partner. Instead of becoming giddy and excited about a sweet romantic getaway for 2, I was irritable, exhausted, and, quite honestly, resentful of my pre-vacation to-do list. A healthy meal usually equates to vegetable salad and fruits.
